Private clinics play a very significant role in the delivery of health services in the Town Council. They complement Government units. Most of them are concentrated around the urban centres. The table below shows the major private clinics found in the Town Council.

They are five health units in the Town Council. Apart from the two health centres level II we have, there are other health units at level III as shown below.
